Crochet Spool Pumpkin Craft
Wondering what a Crochet Spool Pumpkin might look like?! I hope you answered YES, because it is a beautiful and unique idea!
Best part….it’s a simple project that only took a few minutes to create! I didn’t use glue or paint, making it a temporary project in case I wanted to use the crochet yarn in another way later.

Once I saw this bag of crochet yarn at the thrift store, and looked through the rest of my supplies, I knew I just had to bring it to life! I was inspired by a few versions I saw on Pinterest. If you search over there, you’ll see all the possibilities for embellishments.

Simple Steps:
- I used a bundle of 3 cinnamon sticks, wrapped in rusty wire for the stem….broke off part of the sticks to get the correct height…then place the bundle in the center spool hole
- Next, place a bit of Spanish moss around the opening as well
- Gather some ripped fabric and jute to create a little rag bow and attach to cinnamon stem using excess jute or rusty wire
- Next, clip off pieces of the floral pic and arrange around the stem
- Then, attach fabric tag with the rusty safety pin
- Lastly, nestle the feather next to the tag as well
