DIY Fall Pillows from Placemats & Napkins

So I was perusing the lovely TJ Maxx store & came across the cutest Pumpkin Placemats and cloth Sunflower Napkins. I knew I wanted to get crafty with them!! So many other ways to get creative with these too!

Enjoy the short video tutorial below & I’ll type up a short list of supplies I used on these pillows!!

This post may contain referral links to products used. This means I may earn a small commission if you make a purchase at no additional cost to you. I only refer products I use & love!

SUPPLIES I used:

  • Pumpkin Placemats (TJ Maxx)
  • Sunflower Cloth Napkins (TJ Maxx)
  • Drop Cloth material
  • Stuffing or Polyfil (I repurposed the stuffing from a regular pillow that got a little lumpy lol)
  • Surebonder Fabric Hot Glue (I don’t sew, but if you do….feel free to sew these)
  • Pinking Shears or Scissors
  • Ribbon/Drop Cloth/Wood Button for embellishment
  • Grateful Tag (came from 3pk at Hobby Lobby fall section)
  • Pen to trace onto drop cloth

I truly hope you’ll be inspired to look at items & imagine something unique! The pumpkin placement could be used endless ways…..not just as placemats! & cloth napkins are the same way!!
