Here are the STEPS:

( also made a quick video if you’d like to see it come together…..scroll to bottom for the video)

FIRST, I removed photo holder/easel & the raffia bow….but plan to repurpose the raffia within the new bow I’ll create. AND I’ll reattach the photo holder at the very end with my printable image.

NEXT, I used a distressing ink pad along the edges of pumpkin to give it a bit more interest.

THEN, I began ripping a few pieces of fabric to create a little rag bow. I used Osnaburg cotton & a homespun green plaid, along with some wired ribbon from Walmart….I call it Window Pane ribbon.

TO BUILD THE BOW, I used the dowels of a little homemade bow maker to hold my pieces as I layered them.

To actually Create the Bow, I layered folded little bows of fabric, raffia and strips of window pane ribbon until my bow was the size I wanted.

There were 2 pieces of each material, for a total of 6 pieces…..adding raffia in between every couple of pieces…. removed the stacked bow from the dowels & tied it with jute string……set it to the side & will attach after florals are glued on.

NEXT, I used a few cut pieces of various floral picks and layed out under stem before securing with hot glue.

and THEN, I hot glued the rag bow and a cute button to complete the look.

Lastly, I reattached the photo easel & added the Hello Autumn 4×6 design (printed on card stock). Any of these cute designs woule look great for this project.
