Simple STEPS to create this Patriotic Fabric Flag:

Rip & Cut Blue Fabric into rectangle 3.5×5.5in
Rip 4 strips of Red Ticking Striped Fabric
2 of the Red Ticking Striped Fabric pieces measured 1inx6in
the other 2 measured 1×11.5in
Now attach to wood piece with hot glue
Next, hot glue on 5 rusty stars
To make a simple rag bow, take 4 strips of osnaburg fabric…layer & secure with twine
Hot Glue bow onto bottom right corner of blue fabric piece
Using number stamps & black ink pad, create a 1776 label on osnaburg
Finally attach 2 rusty bells & fabric tag safety pin onto bow
